Homeowners – if your home is on the market the most important thing to remember is first impressions.  When a potential buyer enters your home, it needs to be clean, de-cluttered, organized, smell nice, exude a welcoming energy….and fresh flowers surely don’t hurt.  You want your home to call to these folks, to say, “yes, you can picture yourself living here!”

But… you don’t have time, or you live elsewhere, and your Realtor should not have to spend time setting up your home for a showing or open house.  Their time should be spent sourcing a buyer.  So, what do you do?  Bring me in to handle all aspects of home set-up/close-up, repairs needed, etc.  I will work closely with you and your Realtor towards your goal of selling your home.
